Songwriter, pianist and artist Eli Mary grew up learning the exact technical confines and rules of making music. Now, she is on a journey to find her own voice.

Residing in Johannesburg, South Africa, Eli blends acoustic piano, neo-soul, hip hop and electronic elements to create a sound that is both dark and haunting, but also soulful and nostalgic. Her music challenges the labels society puts on us, and gives permission to search for meaning where we would least expect it.
